  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery

Please note that products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated

Refunds

  • Refunds are handled according to the Cash on Delivery (COD) method

Exchanges

If you request an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement item after the returned product is received and verified, subject to availability.
